Nectarine Salsa submitted by: Linda Debele 2010 Salsa Contest INGREDIENTS: 3 nectarines, diced 2 cups diced cherry tomatoes 4 mint leaves, finely chopped 1 tsp chopped jalapeno pepper 1/2 tsp chopped cilantro 1 large tomato, diced 1/2 cup chopped onions 1 Tbsp lemon juice DIRECTIONS: Mix all ingredients and chill. |
