Fire and Ice Salsa

2010 Salsa Contest

INGREDIENTS:
1 large tomato, finely chopped (1 cup)
1 small green bell pepper, finely chopped (3/4 cup)
1/2 cup finely chopped unpeeled cucumber
1/4 cup finely chopped radishes
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 1/2 tsp cider vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
1 jalapeno chili, seeded, finely chopped
1/2 cup chopped pineapple

DIRECTIONS:
Mix all ingredients in glass or plastic bowl.  Cover & refrigerate until serving.
