3 Pepper Garlic Salsa submitted by: Melanie Tsarfati 2010 Salsa Contest INGREDIENTS: 1/2 sweet vidalia onion 3 medium size tomatoes 2 jalapenos 1 habanero pepper 6 oz tomato paste 3 tsp ground pepper corns 1 tsp salt 6 cloves garlic juice from 1/2 lime 1/2 cup cilantro DIRECTIONS: Process onion, garlic & peppers in food processor. Then add tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, pepper corns, juice from lime & cilantro. Process until mixed. |
