Initiative, the Dakota County Fair is proud to offer a major step forward in accessibility and inclusion, by bringing Momentum Refresh to the fair in 2025. Momentum Refresh is the first universally designed, fully accessible and ADA compliant mobile restroom in the United States.

Courtesy carts run throughout the week. Just flag one down for a lift to and from anywhere on the fairgrounds.
Note: Our carts DO NOT travel down Food Alley due to heavy foot traffic for the safety of all our guests.
