The Dakota County Fair is committed to providing a quality fair experience for all guests.

Restrooms

In partnership with the Dakota County Communities for All Initiative, the Dakota County Fair is proud to offer a major step forward in accessibility and inclusion, by bringing Momentum Refresh to the fair in 2025. Momentum Refresh is the first universally designed, fully accessible and ADA compliant mobile restroom in the United States.

  • Powered height-adjustable adult changing table
  • Ceiling hoist (bring your own sling)
  • Adjustable grab bars
  • Powered height-adjustable sink
  • Toilet with bidet
  • Professional attendants for continuous cleaning, quality and safety
  • Lactation space
Location: West side of 2nd Street and Heritage Way (across from Ag Experience Building)

Courtesy Carts

Courtesy carts run throughout the week. Just flag one down for a lift to and from anywhere on the fairgrounds.

Note: Our carts DO NOT travel down Food Alley due to heavy foot traffic for the safety of all our guests.

Scooter Rental

Scooters are available on a first-come basis. We cannot reserve or guarantee we will have scooters available.

Pricing
  • $50/four hours
  • $85/eight hours
  • $15 each additional hour

Handicap parking is available in both North and South lots. 
Handicap parking is available in the North and South parking lots.

North Parking Lot
From Ash Street/220th, enter through the 3rd Street entrance.

South Parking Lot
From Hwy 3/Chippendale, go West on 2nd Street.
